This series offers mindful, supportive yoga for all phases of being wāhine, it's a space to move, renew, restore and let go. It offers space to rest and regulate. The practices are designed for women's bodies and lived experience, giving you a steady rhythm of care across the season.

We gather each Tuesday night at 6.30pm via Zoom for each unique 75 minute session, or go self paced and flow with your own rhythm. Up not 14 weeks access to all classes and bonuses.
