This practice is for you to feel renewed, shake out stress, and reset your nervous system with yoga.

Reset and renew with Aroha Nui Yoga

It is a small sample of what we do in the full course.

 

You can come back here and do this video as often as you like!

 

After postures, we practice  breath work and complete the programme with a unique guided deep relaxation (often participants favourite part!)

 

The full practice will relieve stress, and renew your body, mind and spirit. 

 

With regular attendance you acquire skills to use on a regular basis, not just in yoga class. 

 

Your resilience over all improves. 

 

Many find they sleep better and their wellbeing improves.
