Kia ora, my name is Linsey.
I’ve been teaching hatha yoga, integral yoga, guided deep relaxation, and breathwork for over 20 years.
My mahi is based in supporting people to find calm, steadiness, and ease in a world that can feel fast and overwhelming.
Over the years, I’ve seen how simple, mindful practices can gently regulate the nervous system and help people feel more at home in themselves.
Yoga for Calm was created as an online sanctuary — a place to slow down, release stress, and restore your wellbeing. The practices are accessible, proven, and designed to support nervous system balance without pushing, striving, or over-doing.
Each video can be practised on its own or followed as a nourishing sequence, offering a mini retreat from daily life. A space to reconnect within, then return feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.
I know this work is effective because I’ve witnessed it for more than two decades — students leaving their practice feeling softer, steadier, and deeply at ease.
