Ten week course
"I have completed a 10 week Monday morning yoga course with Linsey and it has proven to be the best health investment for me. My body (Tinana) is stronger and lithsome, My mind (Hinengaro) is clearer when our sessions end with a calming meditation and My spirit (Wairua) is lifted with positive energy.

"I have been attending Linsey's Yoga classes for a number of years. Before I started yoga with Linsey, I had been experiencing health problems, stabbing pains all over my back and a specialist had told me not to do any exercise including Yoga. Having done Yoga for many years I was totally gutted. After a year of not practising Yoga and becoming more stiff and sore I decided to give Linsey's class a go.
The first class that I attended I came out with a huge grin on my face. Linsey is an amazing teacher with a calming voice, and I enjoy her style of Yoga.
I go into Yoga class feeling stressed and rushed from work, and come out a different person.
I have also attended Linsey's Yoga workshops and Yoga retreats where she has taught Yoga at a deeper more spiritual level.
I look forward to another great year of Yoga, and being able to attend more Yoga workshops where Linsey will share her wisdom and knowledge.

Goddess Within Retreat
"I attended the Hine Ahu One One Day Mini Retreat in January 2019 and totally loved it!
To be honest I wasn’t really sure what to expect and people did ask me why I was going all the way to Helensville when I’m surrounded by yoga studios in Wellington city.
Over the years, I’d dabbled with Hot Yoga as well as various yoga classes at my gym and other studios. I used to think that yoga didn’t really click for me; that it wasn’t my thing. And then I met Linsey.
Linsey attended a wāhine Māori leadership hui I held a couple of years ago and then spoke at the following one.
I enjoyed her calm, gentle, quiet, steadfast presence. I love how she is connecting with our own Wāhine Atua and incorporating it in her yoga teachings and practices to help us activate our inner Goddess.
The Retreat definitely delivered and then some!
It was relaxing, uplifting and I left feeling invigorated and ready for the new year. I have found myself feeling more connected to, and comfortable with, my feminine energy.
I’ve incorporated meditation into my daily routine and try to remember to stop and breathe during the day. I’ve noticed I’m calmer and more relaxed. I’ve stopped rushing.
So, if you are looking for relaxation, calmness, harmony, balance and beautiful yummy kai, I highly recommend Linsey and Aroha Nui Yoga."
