Kia ora

Wāhine mā this is your space

A space where you don't have to push or prove - but where you can re build trust in your body, restore your energy, and reconnect to your inner strength.

Yoga for Wāhine is not about intensity or perfection.

It's about meeting yourself where you are and allowing strength to grow in a way that feels supportive, steady, and sustainable.

aroha notes

Step into Strength and Support

“ I used Yoga for Wāhine online course to support my recovery from a serious condition and post-surgery healing… and I truly loved it.

Linsey’s teaching style is deeply restorative, and her understanding of what women’s bodies truly need is both intuitive and impressive.

Even in a time when I wasn’t feeling well, I found I could do more than I expected. The practices supported my healing in such a subtle way.

Beyond the physical benefits, I experienced a profound reduction in stress.

I wholeheartedly recommend her. Yoga for Wāhine is a beautiful place to begin… and to continue.

You will love how it makes you feel.

Arohanui “

Kia ora, I'm Linsey

About me

Lead Teacher and Founder

I guide wāhine through inclusive, trauma-informed yoga that nurtures the tinana- body, hinengaro- mind and wairua- spirit.

My teaching gently weaves my decades of experience and training in Yoga, Meditation, Nervous System Regulation Yoga, Ayurveda, and intuitive and ancestral knowledge.

The focus is on you and our small friendly group of wāhine - not one size fits all classes.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning home to your body, I offer a calm, aroha-infused space to restore, regulate and reconnect.

Nau mai haere mai beautiful wahine, your welcome here.

  • Rushing to a studio - and finding this just adds another load - on to your already overwhelmed schedule - and nervous system!

  • I get it, I've been there too!

True empowerment comes from not doing more,
