In the last few weeks we have been faced with many challenges and changes. I hope you are well and coping okay with these rapidly changing and uncertain times.
Maintaining your normal routine may seem impossible at this time, but having that touchstone of familiarity gives a sense of normalcy and helps us to manage our stress levels - which also helps our immune system to remain strong.
Yoga, meditation and relaxation also help us to remain strong in uncertain times and getting exercise and managing stress are powerful things you can do to support your immune system, and your mental health.
This is also an opportunity to take time, slow down, and deepen your practice and look within.
We have had to close the doors of the studio but I will continue to teach - currently this is through a Facebook Group set up for all those who booked into Term One. Coming soon there will be more options for those who are not booked to attend online classes with me, and a free offering to connect with everyone out there and introduce Aroha Nui Yoga to you all. Term Two will be offered online too with all classes available Live.
This enables us to stay connected and stay safe at home. I hope you can join me in the new space that Aroha Nui Yoga will occupy online, until and even beyond the studio doors reopen.
Stay well, noho ora rā
