Single Class Pass

Book now for accessible, calming yoga, for your mind, body and spirit!

What you'll get:


  • Classes brought to you in the comfort of your own home, stay comfortable and warm in your bubble during Lockdown 


  • Relieve stress, relax deeply and move the body


  • 90 minute class with an experienced teacher


  • Practices to strengthen your body, calm your mind and relieve tension


  • Classes include a beautiful guided relaxation/ meditation to finish, leaving you relaxed, renewed and restored!



Classes are on Zoom Tuesday 6.30pm-8.00pm, Thursday 9.30am - 11.00am or Thursdays at 7pm - 8.30pm

Zoom link will be sent after booking is received


Tuesday nights is not suitable for pregnancy or back conditions. 

Thursday classes are suitable for pregnancy from 12 weeks, but please let us know if you are pregnant before attending.
