This gentle, trauma sensitive class is infused with aroha. A supportive space for wāhine where you can slow down, breathe and experience mindful movement, breathing and guided relaxation, with no pressure or expectations.

You don't need experience or any special gear. Just show up exactly as you are. All bodies are welcome. Restore and reconnect with gentle movement, breath, and guided deep relaxation with Linsey.
Have props ready if you choose to have them, a chair if you need it, a warm blanket for the relaxation, and a pillow or two for sitting and support.
No experience needed, this session is gentle, inclusive and gently nurturing.
