What you'll get:
- Authentic yoga practices to help strengthen your body, calm your mind and relieve tension
- Authentic yoga - there will be 10 consecutive classes. Go at your own pace, you don't need to be flexible to do the classes. Classes are 1.5 hours.
- A guided deep relaxation meditation ends each class, which will leave you relaxed, renewed and restored
- Suitable for beginners to more advanced students, all welcome
- A certified, trusted yoga and meditation teacher with over 20 years experience
Course begins Thursday July 29th at 7pm, and runs for 10 weeks
You do not need to be fit or flexible to do this class!
Beginners and Pregnancy (after 12 weeks) welcome.
