The Ruru - Tuesday Night 10 week course

Book now for your 10 Week Course of yoga -  self care for your mind, body and spirit!

  • Each class is UNIQUELY designed for those attending. The format is easy to follow and leads you towards a relaxed state at the end. 

 

  • Classes include - physical exercises for your tinana (body), mahi-hā (breathing practices), and a beautiful guided deep relaxation/ meditation to finish. Classes are 90 minutes.

 

  • Techniques to strengthen your body, calm your mind, go within and let go of  both physical and mental tension/ stress.

 

  • A certified teacher with over 1,000 hours training and 20 years experience to gently guide you through this course

Term One begins February 8th in studio in Helensville or online at your place via Zoom - you can do this course from anywhere with an internet connection!

 

Please note : You do not need to be flexible to do these courses, however, Tuesdays course is not suitable for beginners or during pregnancy, please see our Thursday options if you are pregnant or a beginner.

There are no refunds for missed classes.

As this course includes physical exercises please consult your doctor or health care professional before enrolling if you have any health issues. 

Covid -19 Vaccination and Vaccine passes are needed to attend classes in studio.

Masks are required on entry but not during the class.
