I am usually either tired out from a day's work or starting my day in the weekend before I start the Yoga for Calm programme. I always feel relaxed and blissed out after a session! I seem to get whatever I need at the time and Linsey's voice is calm and reassuring as she takes me through the process. I find it works well for me, especially being able to access the videos when it suits my timetable. I would highly recommend this programme to anyone wanting to practice yoga at home in a way that they can adapt to their busy life. For me, I really benefit from the sense of calm, relaxation, breath awareness and gently stretched muscles and joint movements, and I always have a much better sleep after doing a session. I like that I can choose what I want to focus on from the videos, such as breathing and relaxation, or stretching, joint articulations and so on. Ngā mihi Linsey!
