Te Puna Ora - Live Online Yoga and Meditation Programme for Women

Join our 9 week programme and receive the benefits of a weekly yoga programme in your own home

What you'll get:

Our practices are guided by your needs, the energy of the Maramataka/ Moon phases, and yogic practices for the mind, body and spirit.

You will be guided through a session each week from October 14th for 9 weeks, these classes will also be available to do later or again in our group.
