Yoga for Wāhine is a trauma-aware, heart-led practice that honours the changing seasons of a woman’s body and life.

Through gentle movement, breath, and deep rest, it supports your nervous system, eases stress, and creates space for you to feel grounded, nourished, and whole.

This is not about pushing or striving — it’s about listening, restoring, and remembering your own inner wisdom.

Live 75 minute sessions or do the course self-paced in your own time.
