Absolute Beginners 4 Week course
Next Course Starts - Wednesday March 18th
6.45pm - 8.00pm
Learn the basics in a welcoming space. Strengthen the body, mind and spirit with yoga. After this course is finished, you will be ready to opt into our other courses if you choose to do so. Or just take away some fabulous tools for self care, mindfulness and increasing your strength and flexibility.
You can come back to this course if you wish too. Please inform us if you are pregnant (attendance accepted after 12 weeks) or if you have injuries or medical conditions before enrolling.

Aroha Nui Flow Yoga
This class is suitable for everyone from beginner to advanced. Options will be given for you to extend your practice safely over time.
General yoga includes asana, breath-work and guided deep relaxation and or meditation to finish

Intuitive Flow Yoga
Intermediate to Advanced
This class is for those who have some previous yoga experience, if you are a beginner please attend Te Kākano or at least one term of our other classes before booking
Programme includes asana, breath-work and guided deep relaxation, or meditation.
This class includes flow series that link the poses with the breath, as well as some held postures, it also may include more advanced breathing and or meditation practices than the other classes.
This class is not suitable during pregnancy, if you have any recent injuries, or any medical conditions please contact us first to discuss if the class is suitable for your needs.

Restorative Flow Yoga - Relax and Restore and Beginners
This class is suitable for beginners to advanced as options will be given, our kaupapa/ theme is to relax and restore
Pre Natal after 12 weeks also welcome

At the finish I am always AMAZED at my feelings of ease and inner peace.
For me, stepping on to my mat is cause to breathe deeply and relax. Soon after I begin I notice my body relaxing and a feeling of letting go. There is no high stress or high demand and I can enjoy being where I am.
